Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charge: ₹20–₹30 per order (flat), subject to applicable delivery location and order conditions.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed/communicated before order confirmation.
Any special delivery offer or free-delivery offer will be subject to the conditions mentioned with that offer.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, order volume and logistics conditions.
Customers should keep their phone available so that the delivery partner/customer-support team can contact them when required.
Incorrect Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or unreachable phone number and the order cannot be delivered, additional delivery/re-dispatch charges may apply where applicable.
Delivery Delay
Delivery may be delayed because of weather, transport problems, public holidays, local restrictions, technical issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
AimTime will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery as soon as possible.
