Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by AimTime or approved for cancellation before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed.
COD orders cancelled before dispatch normally do not require a payment refund because payment has not yet been collected.
